Here is a little background information..

I was born and raised in Southern Missouri. I rode horses, swam lakes and creeks, ran fast, climbed trees and cliffs and rode bikes on and off road. I practiced gymnastics and ran track and field junior high and high school. I did mini triathlons (swim 1 to 1 ½ mile swim, 25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run) during my college years (business major).

I moved to Los Angeles and began to practice yoga, martial arts (of all kinds…mostly Brazilian Jujitsu and Kung Fu) adult gymnastics, break dancing, pole dancing, lift and carry/hand balancing and aerial arts. I love to be in front and behind the camera. I teach what I know to everyone I meet who wants to learn and I am also a great student! I have a great interest in all aspects of beauty, fitness, creative movement and art of all kinds. I also sing, dance, act and write. I have been in several music videos, commercials, movies here in Los Angeles.

I am presently living in West Hollywood and have a studio with mats.  I am happy to travel to visit you as well.  I love doing custom videos and sessions of all kinds.  I am open to your ideas and suggestions and look forward to meeting with you and collaborating on creative projects!
