Guys and girls, as you know, I am the BJJ Bad Girl, the alias for a professional athlete and It took me some years to understand the importance of resting. As my doctor says: resting is also training. The importance of resting is for muscle growth and recovery. I train very hard and also give classes (and also work in a restaurant and also do sessions), so my routine is very exausting.
I love to stretcht and I try to be very flexible, even in my life. The fighting just mimics life and the life mimics fighting. 🙂 Rest guys, be like water!
