I met Lara for a session in Berlin a while ago. Sometimes I love googling and discovering new session ladies for myself who are not necessarly to be found here” .
My research led to Lara and her wonderfully written text (in my opinion) that caught me right away. It just carried a certain spirit that is exactly what I’m looking for in sessions. The text is crucial too me.
I just had to contact her.
It turned out that my gut feelings where spot on. I found Lara without any questions very trustworthy, felt safe around her the whole time. The matted room located in Berlin is by far the best session room I’ve experienced so far. It’s huge, and reminded me a bit of an old classroom in high school.
It’s hard to describe the session itself, as I don’t like judging people. I don’t expect anything from sessions but just like to have fun, help my session partner to have fun too and feel safe with me. But that is also up to me, who has to describe own wishes as well as possible.
We were both very sweaty afterwards, smiling and laughing a lot, and I don’t think any of us needed to take care about workout the next few days. I love-hate struggling, getting stuck in holds, getting pinned, being forced to sense all the sweat and it felt like Lara loved to do all of this.
